This is a cocoa storage warehouse located at the free-zone enclave, Tema – Accra. It’s designed with a concrete sub-structure and a hot-dip galvanized steel superstructure, enhancing its durability. The project was designed+built to include; 750 sqm Office Block, 4000 sqm Warehouse, 2000 sqm Parking Area, Solar Powered Lighting System, Weigh Bridge, Weigh Bridge Office, and Automated Gates.
