The Safety Heaven is the head office of Safety Insurance Brokers Ltd. It’s a double storey residential building to be converted for commercial purposes. The incorporation of vertical design elements modernizes it. The overhanging green balconies help tone down the building’s rigidity whiles improving indoor air quality.
