RESIDENTIAL

This is a minimalist styled residence built in East Legon, Accra. It was designed functionally, based on the principles of tropical architecture and aesthetically, based on the principles of contemporary architecture. It was designed to achieve thermal comfort through the use of passive design elements including overhangs, full height windows, minimal internal elements etc. The use of a green curtain wall improves the quality of air entering the building.
