This five-bedroom residence was designed and built to clearly define access to public, semi-public, and private spaces. The ground floor has three main rectangular volumes, placed at intervals, housing varying spaces, with two square volumes acting as buffer zones between the rectangular volumes. The top floor houses two large size master bedrooms, fitted with walk-in closets and luxurious bathrooms. Its rectangular form extends beyond the ground floor to shade the pool area below it. The barbecue and outdoor sitting areas overlooking the pool enhance relaxation options within the house. All bedrooms are provided with outdoor terraces to improve indoor/outdoor living.
