TROPICAL ARCHITECTURE, MINIMALISM, SUSTAINABILITY
RESIDENTIAL
The house was to be inhabited by an aging family of five; two parents and three children. Due to the parents age, the master bedroom was placed on the ground floor and the children’s rooms on the top floor, a reverse of the norm. The 3-plot site was designed to fit a gate house, barbecue house, a garage house, servants’ quarters, a guest house and the main house. The site was planned to carve out a large, open green space for family events.
